2. Our Contract with You

When you place an order, you make an offer to buy the goods. We will confirm receipt by sending an automated email acknowledgement. This does not mean your order is accepted.

A binding contract forms only when we send you a second email confirming that we have dispatched (or are dispatching) your order (the "Dispatch Confirmation").

We may reject your order (e.g., due to stock unavailability, pricing error, or failure to meet age requirements if applicable). If so, we will notify you and refund any payment received.
3. Price and Payment

Prices are in GBP and include VAT at the prevailing rate. Delivery charges are shown separately.

All additional charges (e.g., customs duties for non-UK deliveries) are your responsibility.
4. Delivery

These are estimates only. Time is not of the essence unless we expressly agree in writing. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control (e.g., carrier issues, customs, weather, strikes).

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Ownership passes when we receive full payment.

If delivery is unsuccessful (e.g., wrong address), additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
5. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period) – Non-Faulty Goods
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day you (or a third party you nominate, other than the carrier) receive the goods (or the last item in a multiple delivery).

To cancel, inform us by clear statement (e.g., email to info@pebblekids.co.uk or use the model cancellation form below / on our Website).

You must return the goods to us within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel, at your cost (unless we agree to collect or cover costs).

We will refund all payments received from you (including delivery costs for the cheapest standard delivery method we offer), minus any deduction for diminished value if you have handled the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning (e.g., more than trying them on).

We will make the refund using the same payment method, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods (or proof of return if we collect). However, in line with our returns policy, once we receive the goods back in their original condition (with tags attached, unworn, in original packaging), we will process your refund and you will receive your money within five working days.
6. Returns Policy – Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, as described, and match any sample.

If goods are faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described, contact us within a reasonable time (ideally within 14–30 days of delivery).

You are entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or full refund (including reasonable return postage costs).

Refunds for faulty goods will be processed within 14 days of confirming the fault.

8. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death/personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter where exclusion is unlawful.

Subject to that, our total liability is limited to the price paid for the goods.

We are not liable for indirect losses (e.g., loss of profits, data).
9. Events Outside Our Control
We are not liable for failure/delay due to events beyond reasonable control.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts (or your local courts if you are a consumer in Scotland/Northern Ireland).
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. The version at the time of your order applies.
12. Other Important Information

These Terms do not affect your statutory rights.
