Refund Policy

Returns Policy – Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, as described, and match any sample.

  • If goods are faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described, contact us within a reasonable time (ideally within 14–30 days of delivery).

  • You are entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or full refund (including reasonable return postage costs).

  • Return the goods to [insert returns address] with proof of purchase.

  • We will examine the goods and notify you of your remedy promptly.

  • Refunds for faulty goods will be processed within 14 days of confirming the fault.
